Are you better off as a borrower or as a creditor?

January 9, 2010

You are better off  as a borrower than as a creditor. Carved that on your forehead. All governments, local, municipal, state level, and federal know that fact. All department store, corporations, school districts, public entities that issue bonds know that fact. Who doesn’t know that fact? The average person on Main Street. Who doesn’t want you to know that fact?  Governments. You don’t need to be a Nobel prize winner in economics to know that bond holders are wooed by governments only before they buy the bonds and become – creditors. The moment a person buys a bond – of any kind – even the venerated $100 US Bond that pays 5% per years and doubles in value in less than 20 years! The moment you give your cash to government for a promissory note, you are at the mercy of bureaucrats who will find an excuse not to pay you back on time or in full. Why? Oh, come on, you don’t need to be from Dubai to know that bureaucrats in government will always screw things up – that is why they need more and more of your money (your education – to be continued).

Good points, I think I will definitely subscribe! I’ll go and read some more! What do you see the future of this being?

God question. The future is similar to the meaning of the biblical dream of Joseph where the “Seven lean cows ate the seven fat cows.” Those Egyptians you would call later “investors” that saved 40% of the grain during the best harvest years, and sold it during the lean years – became wealthy. Here is the riddle: The fat cows will soon die, eaten by the ‘fat cats.’ If you understand the riddle, you got your answer – invest before it’s too late!

The future is the same for most people. The future can be amazing for those who follow what I write about on my websites, blogs, Facebook and Twitter. Why? Because of my education, knowledge and spirituality. I am committed to changing minds about things!

Better than ever if you read some more. I got to the top from the immigrant bottom in 15 years. You can do it faster with my ideas, but the mind will fight back!
